It's a lot like Botch, but grimmer and heavier, less whimsical - all of which is fine with me. Usually I'm not a fan of "sounds like" deals, but (a) this is very, very well done, and (b) I have sorely been missing the punishing angular mathcore that set the turn of the millennium alight. The production here is fantastic, with modern power, but not so compressed that it sands off the oh-so-vital edges. fyeahmetal

This album is one of very few 10 out of 10s in my book, not just in heavy alternative/ hardcore but music in general. Every single one of these songs is fantastic and P. Kindlon never fails to add an unmistakable sense of humor to it all in his lyrics. Just an absolutely amazing album front to back ellis_boyd_redding
